Yes! When your orders ships out, you'll automatically be notified via e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a tracking number that you can click to see where exactly your package is on it's journey.
If you lose this tracking number, you can also email / DM us and we'd be happy to check on the status of your item!
If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please note that sometimes it may be automatically linked to the email associated with your default payment method.
Order confirmations are sent to all customers within 5-10 minutes of purchasing. If you have not received one, please check your spam / trash folder.
If you still can't find it, you can reach out to us for help (contact@vescartes.com) and we’ll locate it. To locate your order, we'll just need your full name, shipping address, and purchase date.
Unsure what size to get? You can use both our Interactive Size Chart and Sizing Quiz, found on every one of the product pages, to determine the best size for you.
The Interactive Size Chart can be used to compare our garment measurements to clothes you already own, to ensure our items fit you just as well.
Our Sizing Quiz will ask you a series of questions, and use these data points to recommend you the best size!

Yes! We have a 10-day return policy - you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us through our 'Contact' page or email us (contact@vescartes.com).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We've shipped thoasands of items since we started. But we can understand if it's your first time ordering and you're hesitant!
