If you encounter any issues with your order and wish to refund your item(s), please review our returns policy below.

Returns Window: Within 10 days of receiving the item.
Eligibility Criteria: Item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Defects & Incorrect Orders: We will replace your item free of charge or offer a full store credit refund if: a) You received a defective item (major defects e.g. tears, rips, large stains). b) You received the wrong size or a completely different item than ordered.
If the style is in stock, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. If it is out of stock, you may keep the original item and we will issue a full store credit refund.
Minor imperfections such as small loose stitches, difference in wash shades or faint marks are not considered major defects.
Returns for Sizing Issues: If your item doesn’t fit, we now accept returns for size-related reasons. Vescartes does not cover the return shipping cost for sizing-related returns — this is the customer’s responsibility. All sizing returns must be sent via , and the tracking must show the parcel as delivered before a refund is processed.
How to Return a Sizing Issue Item: 1. Contact us via the contact form on our website or Instagram DM to request a return. 2. We will confirm the warehouse location to return your item to (this may vary depending on space availability). 3. Place a note with your order number inside the parcel. 4. Ship the parcel via tracked postage and keep your tracking information until the refund is processed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a major defect, incorrect size sent, or incorrect item received.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the return is delivered and inspected. Please allow after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.
