Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right. please review the information below before requesting a return.


Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.


Defective or Incorrect Items

We will replace your item at no additional cost or offer full store credit if:

  • You recieve a majorly defective item (e.g tears, rips, large stains)
  • You recieve the wrong size or an incorrect item.

If the style is in stock, a replacement will be sent. If the style is unavailable you may keep the item and a full store credit will be issued.

Minor imperfections - such as loose stitches, slight wash variations or faint marks - are considered part of the production process and are not classified as major defects


Returns for Sizing

We accept returns for sizing related issues.

  • Return shipping for sizing returns is the responsibility of the customer
  • All sizing returns must be sent using tracked delivery
  • Refunds are processed only once the parcel is confirmed as delivered.
  • Size charts allow a 5% measurement leniency due to slight production variations.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by Vescartes only in cases of:

  • Major defects
  • Incorrect Items
  • Incorrect size sent

All other return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
